of kangaroos

& kangaroos the size
of mice

you would just gasp
& stammer: 'Here mate...'

'Just...just...take the bloody cheese
but don't hurt me please! '

'I'm allergic
to pain! '
you would explain

as he cleared out your fridge
before hopping it.

Then you would go get & set
the nastiest trap to catch

those annoying little kangaroos who
keep you awake

all the night
long.
