Historically Capone's way
Of settling his grudges
'Twas a notable ability
Toward paying off judges

Crooked of mind
Evil acts germinating
Literally mowing folks down
Opposition exterminating

.....Al's...ultimate undoing
The resultant fact is....
Though countless murders in the wake
....Capone's Waterloo...his taxes

Most unfortunate for the hoodlum
.....It seems to some extent
Things would have turned out far different
.......Had he been President

Prison would've never been an option
Despite gross criminally laden smudges
America....indeed...the "Gangster's" paradise
......Appointing/seating....his own....judges

If only Capone....had the foresight
