If We Should Meet Again Poem by Gail Grierson

If We Should Meet Again

Rating: 2.5

If sometime soon we meet again
Together by the shore,
We’ll share a laugh, a kiss, a hug,
And maybe something more.

You know exactly what to say
Just what makes me smile;
I love to listen to you speak,
Your easygoing style.

If we should ever disagree,
I’m sure it won’t persist;
When you look at me so tenderly,
My heart cannot resist.

So meet with me and we shall see
How precious love can be;
We’ll take the time to get to know
What’s right for you and me.
