Ignore Poem by Francis Duggan

Ignore

Of your sensitive feelings they are not aware
Since they are not the type about others who care
From being unkind in their words to others pleasure they derive
Out of knowing their cruel words are painful they mentally thrive
They realize that your mind it is not made of stone
But if you ignore their taunts they will leave you alone
To pick on they will find one other than you
Sadistic people in their words mental damage like to do
In sensitivity their sort ony weakness does see
Ignore their put down words and they will leave you be
People without compassion or empathy can be verbally cruel
Your sensitivity to their put down words to them is mental fuel
In your sensitivity only weakness they does see
Ignore them and eventaually they will leave you be.
