I wish I could take back,
Every hurtful word I said,
Replaced them all,
With I love you instead,
I wish I could take back,
Every jokey insult,
I'm ashamed of what I've done,
I don't like the result,
I wish I could take back,
Every angry outburst,
And just took a second to think,
I'm making it worse,
I wished I'd have been quiet,
Instead of screaming in your face,
I'm ashamed of myself,
I'm a total disgrace,
I wish I'd have supported you,
In your time of need,
But my vicious tongue,
Infects your mind like a weed,
I wish I could take back,
All this pain that I've caused,
I just want every part of you,
Including your flaws,
We may not be perfect,
But your perfect for me,
I'm so deeply sorry,
I've caused all this misery,
I'm so sorry that I kicked off,
Because you wanted to spend time with your friends,
If I'd have just been normal,
Then this wouldn't be the end,
When you said,
You think it's over,
It's etched inside my brain,
I love you so much,
I'm devastated you don't feel the same,
I hope and pray,
That time will start to heal,
And eventually,
you will start to feel,
The love that we shared,
So deep, pure and true,
I'm begging you to have me back,
Because I belong with you!
But again I wish,
I could take back every bad word that I said,
And replaced them all with
I LOVE YOU instead!
