Imagine Poem by RACHEL ZARANTONELLO

Imagine

In all the dreams you imagine
My mind is so distraught
Of all the things I see;
You never would've thought

Where does all the fear go?
Who makes it go away?
Will it ever end?
Or will it ever be okay?

Who tells you bedtime stories?
Who tucks you in at night?
Will it be you, I wonder?
Can you make things alright?

I can't help but wonder,
When you say you want to be with me
Is it really what you mean to say?
Or even where you want to be?

So many worries, I have
It's all left up to me
Searching for the answers
On the edge of insanity
