In Autumn Days...
In autumn days of yesteryear,
People walked along the river,
And basked in Nature's beauty.
Their dreams were yellow, brown and green.
What we perceive now seems greyer.
Yet sometimes there's a light that stirs
Behind this artificial world.
Poets must put it into words.
Very insightful poem, Nowadays, poets must do their best to create the same scene as it seemed in yesteryears easier to write about that.
