In Late November



I hear the music of 'La Vie En Rose'
played beautifully by Mantovani,
recalling romantic words of love
by Edith Piaf... everyone knows!
~ Take Me To Your Heart Again ~
Although the noise of thunder
is heard beyond my windowpane
Mantovani's exquisite music
calms my soul with each refrain.
