In Midst Of Crowd Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

In Midst Of Crowd

Rating: 5.0

I found her in midst of crowd
She was about to raise her voice loud
She was asking for help to come
I rushed to her to welcome

She was my dream girl for years
I was desperate for her voice to hear
I rushed toward and reached near
She was about to yell with fear

She was afraid and looked apparent
I was in no mood to comment
I got hold of her and took out from rush
She failed to follow as faced with crowd’s push

I find her exactly the same
I did not ask her name
“Esther is my name” invaded gentle smile
I was lost in memory meanwhile

I found her very much pleasing
Not a single unpleasant word or teasing
So far I had gone for chasing
She was right before me and facing

I know and can read many things
But it lacks specials mention with something
I stared at her asked for permission to live
Her eyes remained wide and refused to believe

Today I look back and memorize
The sun looks beautiful in early morning rise
I am told one must act wise
Not to take steps in haste and summarize

I have before me a reality and future
I am confident and very sure
I don’t know how far it will take
But destiny will surely wait it to make
