Let me embrace you to my dreams, my sweet,
For in there, we can be wide awake
Whilst the rest of the world hibernate
And there, no vallation we shall ever meet
There, measureless joy should be ours
Where I see you and you know me
For in our shared knowledge we can see
This waking life's concealed powers
There, neither you nor I have any questions
Nor do we need any validation or permission
For what we desire is right there without illusion
No feasibility for any ill-timed suggestions
There, only the truth we will speak
Where our tongues will have no constraint
And our limbs will meet no restraint
The language of the heart we shall keep
There, it is only love and laughter and fun
For in dreams we do get to fulfill our desires
The very ones that keep us awake for hours
So, come to me in my dreams, my dear one
