Insomnia Poem by Aminath Neena

Insomnia

Oh! Insomnia
Thou art the touch I so most fear
Twas a newest feeling-that I surrender
Yet this indulgence- doth goes on forever

Oh! Insomnia
I’ve oft heard of thou euphoria
Ne’er hath I succomben such ordeal in a thousandth year
Or thy blooming thistle’s and thorn’s so unfair

Oh! Insomnia
I shall beware of thy clinomania
Thou cruelty’s beyond compare’
‘Tis become night after night’s tormentrie affair

Oh! Insomnia
Go lad- go wake up my heart’s desire
If thou shall tempt me with thou glare
Ywis, thou must ignite the doe -eyed traveller?
