In Praise Of Fellow Poets Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

I have met many poets on these sites,
English speaking from around the World,
Who place their poems on these Urls,
Day-by-day, and night-by-night.

Some, like me, have utmost faith,
Others may agnostic be,
But all respect the words of each,
Like the smooth skin of the peach.

We choose to write what we think,
Or the sights our eyes have seen,
Glimpses of places we have been,
Or descriptions of a sunset pink.

As an Artist paints his pictures bright,
The poet puts poems on this site,
And as the Writer his stories tells,
Or the Magician weaves his magical spells.

So does G-D demonstrate to us,
The fullness of HIS joy and love,
To all Mankind, to me and you,
Whilst our Faith in HIM remains true.
