In Rain Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

In Rain

In rain

1.
I stand, lamp-post-like
-enjoying what I watch,
-feel flirt eyebrows
-with dancing drizzles
-which just left the clouds
-to land on my wet head.

Great is leaking lips
-when water falls, drips
-down from nostrils.

2.
Of cities and the towns
-what I like is Red-Light.

While waiting I observe
-bus stops and people
-when walk on zebra line.

Study their speed to cross
-with varied gender, size
-and their acts; so natural.

I feel in theatre, cinema
-for movie; the best one.

See the ones to my right
-waiting to get on bus
-anxiously looking on.

Among them cute girl
-with flat and long hair
-shy, she wears a smile,
-searching for driver
-to see her eye to eye
-and ask him: "Hold, stop! "

She hopes that he has seen
-runs fast and with speed
-but she fails, bus is missed!
