In Summer Gardens And Along The Highways - Poem by Dorothy (Alves) Holmes

The Crepe Myrtles are still in bloom
High in the air they loom...
White, purple, lilac, plum colored too,
But the pink blooms are my favorite
Because that color seems to zoom!
