In The Hands Of God

In the hands of God I'm held
No safer place to be
Surrounded by an immense love
That flowed from Calvary
That felt the wounds of nail prints
A thorn crowned brow as well
Full of forgiveness.mercy grace
Who doeth all things well

The whole world with eyes to see
Oftimes see not this Christ
And with ears they have to hear
Reject that sacrifice
And miss out on the treasure found
The pearl of that great price
And seek a god of nothingless
Thinking that it will suffice

But there is no other God
Besides Him that we do know
Who can take the vilest sin
And wash it white as snow
From that fountain filled with blood
Each sinner can be freed
Whomsoever repents and believes
Truly will be free indeed

Thank you Lord for saving grace
And a Spiritual appetite
To hunger and thirst after Righteousness
It is my soul's delight
To recommend unashamedly
The way of the cross leads home
Come now to the arms of the Father
Who shall lead thee safely home!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
