Love yourself in this present moment
Forgive yourself because the pain isn't
Worth the time you lost
Take responsibility for the life that you lead

Step into someone else's shoes before you put the blame
On Their name

Remember we are all in this together
No one is perfect
But at the end of the day you only have yourself
That voice can be kind, compassionate, endearing and encouraging
On the other hand that voice in your head can be degrading
cruel, untrusting, and unyeilding

So, love yourself in this present moment

Take control, you are responsible for the life you lead
Your perception shapes reality
Accepting yourself with all of your history is the true step
To self-discovery
