Terence George Craddock (afterglows echoes of starlight)

* In Thy Shadow Burning - Poem by Terence George Craddock (afterglows echoes of starlight)

burned draft poems by the score
then burned poems hundreds more
now but ash in never seen wind
these can be my death song hymn
therefore bury my heart at wounded knee
spread my ashes over Auschwitz prey for me

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Written in March 2003 on the 9.3.2003.
On the 9th of March 2015 I found a 1998 diary with a few poems from 2003 in it. As I only had 3 poems from 2003 previously extant, I will add a few of these extra dozen poems online over the next few days. They may not be very good, they will differ from later and contemporary poems, but they are part of lost origins, among the hundreds of poems lost in my moving and travels.
