Inconsolable 2 Poem by DM W

Inconsolable 2

Rating: 4.5

The sadness in your pale blue eyes
Marks the distance between you and I.
This current age of distractions
Pollutes the purest pools of silence.
There is only the neon glow
Of unfettered, rampant illusions.
I can hear the Seraphim sigh,
As the love between us all has died.
