Independent

We are independent
we have evolved to the point
where we no longer need
an executioner
we decapitate ourselves
we just had to sign
here, here and here
oh
and here, that's perfect
to sign that we are aware
that everything has a price
then the apple was handed to us
the one which we put to our head
and bites.
