For a King who has the spear which brings him victory,
…the greatness of considering carefully
what is happening around by spying with spies is pleasant!
Taking necessary action to punish or to leave,
…after scrutinizing the crimes of others is so pleasant!
Without showing affinity to one person,
…giving importance to every living being,
Assessing the individual merits carefully is pleasant!
