Inevitable Poem by Kishore Kumar Das

Inevitable

Rating: 4.0

If inevitable shall happen
why should one worry?
if worry is river
complaints and protests
highlighting injustice
are tributaries of worry
very often
results don't match expectations
should it be treated
as ingredients of worry
as inevitable shall occur!
what control you have
on matters not connected with you?
even with control
you can make mistakes
is it not a paradox
to expect success all the time?
complaints and protests
part of ' karma yoga'
but that shouldn't derail
from doing 'karma'
all these can't overpower the inevitable
these may help in changing mind
to accept reality
the prime principle of life:
accept inevitable gracefully
to that extent
God bless with requisite wisdom.

In science we say a body remains in its state of rest until another impinges on it. Things will never change if we accept the status quo. Therefore if one wants something you gotta make it happen. Even if you dont achieve the things you lesrn on the way are valued. My opinion
