What do you do
When time is slipping away?
Falling right through your hands…
(Like in an hourglass; time truly is sand) .

You savor every moment
But those seconds are
Always passing by…

These are the memories
That make you want to stay,
But you know you have to leave,
Leave so much happiness behind.
However, it will always be
Tucked away inside your mind.

What do you do
When you’re so happy
You start to cry?
When a few tears start
To slip from each eye
And seep into your heart.
You weep, knowing time
Is always passing by…

Endings are inevitable…

Time is always passing by…
And there it goes…
