Infinite Pleasure Poem by Namita Rani Panda

Infinite Pleasure

Rating: 5.0

Like a hammer Fate infinitely blows
but only the bold like gold glaringly glows.
One whose heart is too mellow,
who only complains and bellows
of infinite pain and sorrow
can never enjoy even a bright morrow.
Life is an infinite struggle
that drowns us in inescapable muddle
but like a lotus who rises above the mire
can with his beauty prove his power.
Let the eyes be perennial rivers of tears
but never cease to dream the dazzling stars,
Like the waves that infinitely rise and fall
life may painful or cheerful.
One who knows the art of turning pain to pleasure
can fill his basket with mirth and laughter.
One who can build a castle from the debris of disaster,
can boldly face infinite trials and thousand failures,
will definitely be an unbeatable WINNER
with a life full of infinite pleasure

Insightful with exact metaphors and similes. I liked the poem for the optimistic under current.
