Inlove With The Devil

And there she sits
Staring blankly at the wall
Wondering what now to do
Praying that she will not fall

Once before she had let go
opened up and gave out her soul
She fell for the devil and his tricky ways
He hurt her and cursed her and left her ablaze

She was used and abused and then thrown away
left for dead to be somebody elses prey
and as soon as she saw the white light ahead
something pulled her back and these words were said;

'You'll be alright, It just takes time
for wounds to heal, Thoughts to a line
Don't give up, not yet, please don't
it isn't quite yet your time to go.'
