Tonight I Wanna Cry Poem by Stephanie Noelle

Tonight I Wanna Cry

She sits in the bed, So many memories
A tear rolls down her cheek, He grabs his keys
She's all alone, Bruised up, Heart Broken
An apology is all she wanted, She ain't gonna get one but she's hoping
She is a high school dropp out who ran away from home
To be with a guy who makes her write depressing love poems
He says he never loved her and that he never cared
He makes her feel useless, empty, broken and teared
Her legs feel so weak that she can't walk
She was screaming so much that she can't even talk
Her arms hurt so bad she can't even like a smoke
And yet he thinks that all this is is a big joke
Now she doesn't know what to do, doesn't know what to say
In order for him to feel the same way
So she'll sit here and cry, Sing herself another lullaby
Go back to sleep and pray, For a whole new day
