Inside Poem by William F. De Paula

Inside

Surrounded by this shell
can't get out of it anymore,
this place that has got no shore.
Harder to escape than hell
it doesn't matter how loud, I yell,
lost deep inside this place's core
that sinks my heart so sore
almost forgetting, how's to fell well.
I don't seek for aid from above
even not able to do this myself, still
not because of the pride, carried with these gloves
but afraid that it might kill.
This unexplainable thing called Love
and at the same time hoping that find it, I will.
