Insomnia Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Insomnia

The moon is restless
roaming in and out of clouds-
Intermittent stars
Motions above and below
through eternal sleepless night

Shunning saffron days
night owls and fireflies revel
to nightingale's song
Wide awake blooms gaze at moon-
The wind's everywhere at once
