Inspire Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Inspire

Inspire

Years ago, when still
In school, for learning,
Eagerly was searching…

Found a book, discarded,
It is named: "Word Weaving, "
Picked it up, opened it,
And still respect it.

Never read complete,
Never want it finished!

But to me this Bible
Is Koran, a guidance.

On and off open it,
Spend time to read it,
Is perfect, enjoy it.

And in times, angry,
Want to burn everything
Of cannons, classics.

A secret voice in me
Raises hell, keeps shouting.

Want to dump in trash
All the famous poets
As well as Aristotle!

Picture times of the past
Abandoned in desert
And among savages.

They knew that poem
Comes to the inspired
And the word means:
"Breath…"

To know what poem means
Learn tongues of Prairies…
