Insufferable Futures Poem by james watkin

Insufferable Futures

Next hour or next day,
Most far off year
Not known to humour the present's
Dull penny-clinging
Need for patience!

Back from o'er each wall
Sequential Time's
What's hurled for intimidation:
'Life's short! Tarry not.
Crash through. Commence! '
