Into Pieces Poem by Somendra Gaur

Into Pieces

I don't want you to hold my hands,
I'm man enough to walk alone in my hoodie.
I don't need you to make me feel special,
I'm man enough to handle my lows.
I don't need your hugs,
My body is enough to comfort my soul,

I don't need your fingers through my hair,

Yes, I'm alone, I need to cry;
I need a pillow but that should not be on your shoulder,
My mattress is enough.
