Intolerance Poem by J.B. LeBuert

Intolerance

Intolerance ferments in the obfuscatory minds of the self-righteous, self-indulgent insipid malcontents.
Injustice arises due to a lack of compassion for the struggles of the less fortunate.
To be the judge of one’s own life is far better than to be the arbiter of others’ domain.
Justice may be in the eye of the beholder, but does it contribute to the well-being of all concerned?
If it does not, then, can it truly be justification to render an uncompassionate outcome?
Indulgent concessions by the miscreant may be disputed, but can they be reversed by the virtuous deeds of the candid individual?
I think not.
