Iron-Clad Poem by Arik Fletcher

Iron-Clad

Six years gone and here we stand,
in memory of us holding hands,
through vows declaring truest love,
in front of men and gods above.

Six years gone and more to come,
you always were and are the one,
through every dark and lonely time,
you've always helped my soul to shine.

Six years gone and here we are,
we've travelled hard and very far,
through all the pain and every fear,
we grow much stronger every year.

Six years gone and five as three,
as perfect as we'd wish to be,
through everything that comes our way,
as one we'll always win the day.
