Is It Time For Spring?

Snow is very beautiful in winter
Snow sports are a wonderful thing
Even rain refreshes the earth
But I have say I sure miss spring.

I know it is around the corner
It always slips into my speech
The gardens are filled with weeds
But too mucky for me to reach.

I have new flowers in mind to plant
I have never planted them before
So excited I am to get them
I want to knock on spring's front door.

But of course I will have to wait
It will be here before we know
It seems like it is time for spring
Because most of us miss it so.
