The dichotomy between
Science and poetry,
Poetry and science,
Which came it first
Science or poetry,
Poetry or science?

Poetry is emotion, feeling,
Sentiment and expression,
Poetry lucid outlet,
Science facts and fictions
About the origin of life
And the universe,
Poetry vague and inconclusive,
Science exact and calculating.

Poetry based on supposition,
Dream and its allegory,
A thing of the heart
And things sentimental,
But science on facts,
Based on logic and reasoning
And mathematical
Telling of the chemistry of emotion.
