Is Selfish Nature Modernity?

All are self interested and all do selfishly all in modern world;
They don't care for the progress of others and others helping
Adjusting themselves to all progressive thinking and working
People in all walks of life to share success and joy forever!

Selfish and broad attitudes are natural characters in everyone;
Realization dawns only when one meets with failures and loss
And the help one gets to tide over past waste and renew fresh
All ideas to try and succeed in new ventures with help from all!

Somehow one wants to be free from all entanglements in life;
Only when caught in the web and come out of it, they are
Realizing as humans born to live together to share success
And joys in the world to be civilized beings in modern life!

Selfish nature is due to mechanical way of doing things sans
Any thoughts of one's own to solve and proceed to progress!
