Having such beautiful days
In the most wonderful ways
Isn't it great?
To not feel hate
Loving one another
But not smother
In all my hours I have hope
I'm growing closer to my scope
God's purpose I did find
These moments are divine
So I take my dear sweet time
And search my soul for words to rhyme
Seeing through a whole new light
For the peace I need not fight
Isn't it great?
To not fret about fate
And no longer have to worry
Or face the judge and the jury
God has brought me along so far
My past is now but a guiding scar
God has his special plan for me
I just need to keep my humility.
