"Tell me-
why you love me? "
It's because,
you remind me how wild I can be!
Then I wonder-
who is more wild? More crazy?
You or me?
You know-
I am sober. I am sober otherwise.
But,
it's your smile and inviting eyes
that makes me dream and fantasize.
I am happy in your presence.
My heart dances, if I touch you.
My soul sings, if I kiss you.
Isn't that enough of a reason
to love you? desire you?
What is more precious for a man
than a soul singing?
What is more desirable for a lover
than a heart dancing?
You keep me singing, dancing.
All is so fleeting in existence!
Even time evaporates in emptiness,
star dies silent death,
and space is laid with wreath.
Mortal, all is so painfully mortal!
Yet,
It's your touch that surpasses time,
your smile that shadows death
your love that trivializes immortality.
I would be gone, you would be gone.
Yet, our song
that you and me sing together
would echo through ether.
Yet, our dance
that you and me dance together
would resonate through space and air.
O beautiful, kiss me.
Kiss me deep and long my love,
kiss me deep and long.
In your sweetness is the river
that brings me immortality.
In your tenderness is the panacea
that brings me tranquility.
But, I am not afraid of death.
Why would I be afraid of death?
I am afraid of leaving you.
I am afraid of
not being able to touch you, kiss you.
O my heart,
before death dissolves me in its emptiness;
let me remember your grace,
let me savour your sweetness,
let me cherish your fragrance.
If I could smile
thinking of anything that is yours;
never ever
I would die in despair.
You know, life is agony.
Yet, I am happy. Very happy.
I am blessed with your grace
and secured in your embrace.
Isn't that enough of a reason
to love you? cherish you?
In your sweetness is the river that brings me immortality. In your tenderness is the panacea that brings me tranquillity.... //.... Great commitment and expression of love towards beloved. Thanks.
