It Ain't Right; But It Is So Poem by Bryan Taplits

It Ain't Right; But It Is So

While all that is right does not mean that it always
will be so.
Example: All churches are upright
But eventually they all go-
For the gusts of life
being rapid or slow-
Even vagary breezes
show up for this show.

No one can re-figure
the outlines of their lives-
While young men can sing his songs
at his end
he just sing sighs-
While we each tread the same soil
we take different steps
Which lead us on different journeys-
as we sort different quests.

But all humanity is alike
No one who lives will at a future time
be left,
For all mankind is not distinct-
in the chock-hold called death.

While every death is different
in solitude and in flight,
as Death squats above graveyards
We notice-
they are also alike.
