And i wake up just to realize..
you are not on my mind anymore...
memories that smothered me..
everyday...
and a hope which used to howl every night..
until i fell sleep..
only to dream of you again..
it has gone....
it has gone away

today when the rain falls down on my face..
i don't miss your embrace..
which once used to warm me..
after the bitter cold wet emotion...
today it seems to wash away..
the last shades of pictures...
that play in my mind...
and i feel alive..
after a century of death..
just to realize..
the urge to hug you...
has gone..
it has gone away

smeared and painted..
incised and engraved..
those last splits of wounds..
that you carved inside my heart..
after an age of agony..
seem to give up...
and surrender to the adamancy of change..
a logic that stands upright..
in the need of hour...
just to make me hear again and again..
she is gone....
and the addiction to kiss your face..
has gone..
it has gone away

yes it has gone and it has died..
buried deep somewhere..
under the weight of your treason..
treason to my trust and belief...
like a fallen leaf..crumpled and trampled..
by seasons of change...
the love for you has died..
long ago.
