It now seems long that I had to live,
For so long with only a heart to give,
for it was you who came and took it away,
And left me in hope to hear what touy say.
It now seems long that I lived on,
Lonely as ever, for night and morn.
My empty heart filling up with hope.
To hear the words you never spoke.
it now seems long that I didn't give in,
I carried the spark deep within,
The spark of hope, I wouldn't throw away,
To hear the words I want you to say.
It now seems long that I did indeed wait,
Only to realize that its my ill fate,
That you will not come back, and I have no hope,
Of hearing the words you never spoke.
Oh Beloved, won't you come back soon?
Here I am, waiting for you, morning, night and noon.
Please come and tell me the words I want you to say,
Please come and stay, and don't go away........
