It's Not My Style Poem by Audrey Heller

Some people might agree, tackling
a problem won't hurt, if you wait just
a little while! But for me, waiting has
never been, my style! If something
needs to be attended to, I want to get
it out of the way. It serves no purpose,
to put it off, for another day! The longer
you wait, the harder it is, to get back
into gear. Things have a way of piling
up, so I'd rather take it from here.
Facing a problem, is best to do, while
it's still fresh in your mind. As you may
not remember all the details and find,
you're going out it, blind! If you have any
problems, my advice is, don't put it away
on the back shelf. If you do, I want you to
know, you're only fooling yourself!
