It's Raining Poem by Jeanette Telusma

It's Raining

Drip drop, drip drop.
It's raining. It's pouring.
No complaints here.

Drip drop, drip drop.
Rain you're welcome any time.
There's never a dull moment.

Drip drop, drip drop.
Although there may be thunder
Although there may be lightning.
You're welcome.

Drip drop, drip drop.
So much fun to dance in the rain.
Drenched from head to toe.
It's okay...

Drip drop, drip drop.
You see, without you,
Everything is at a stand still.

Drip drop, drip drop.
The trees are able to grow.
You quench our thirst.

Drip drop, drip drop.
It's raining, it's pouring.
A sign of change.

Lovely poem to sing. Rain is always welcome. Drip drop is wonderful, problems arise when it pours.
