It's Raining Here Poem by Peter S. Quinn

It's Raining Here

It's raining here
the air is refreshing,
and droplets everywhere
with their caressing.
Like the time that moves on
and gives us a while,
until it's all gone
your heart and smile.

Remember all the days
that never came through,
the cloudy sky grays
the dreams that you knew.
The mirrors in memories
the season in its rise,
the leaves coming on trees
new seedlings surprise.

All came for you to see
and give you its beauty,
keep saving in memory
of what you all did see.
for nothing stays around
forever here in view,
but inside it will be found
to keep safe for you.
