Standing by the window pane
I think of you and wonder why
You broke your vow and live each day
Far apart from each others arms

As I gaze upon the blue sky
All I can see is your perfect face
Wearing that sweetest smile
Forgotten not in my own case

Then the cold breeze touches my skin
And so I remember your kind embrace
Your tender love that I always dream
Will never be mine in my heart to keep

I waited long for you to think
Change your mind and be with me
Forget those doubts, believe in me
But you cut my heart, oh the wound is deep

You didn't give me any chance
To prove to you my greatest love
You just left me without a sign
Erased my memories from your mind

I thought it's you who will be my last
My partner in life my dearest love
But all those dreams are all gone now
‘Cause we have our own separate lives

You taught me how to fall in love
But you never taught me of letting go
So I am hoping now to forget the lies
To cure my heart, so I can wave goodbye
