It Speaks - Poem by Vance Gilmore
I am the eternal return of life
The newborn of ancient days
Of spirit in this world.
I am like the great circle of spirals
The unfolding of increasingly
More infinite patterns
Of thoughts and intentions
Of cultural inventions.
I was once invisible, but now
I am revealed
In a glorious new way -
Once broken, now healed.
I am eternal love,
The timeless expression
Of what is good
And desirable and alive forever.
