Instinct to survive is a norm
Considering for us humans
That we need to fight or flight -
In the midst of every adversity.

Encounters have varied response
In every adversity man to pass:
Sometimes to come out successful
And others to accept failures!

To persevere is a painful process
In overcoming all kinds of trials
But it feels rewarding to be freed
From the shackles of despair!

But rewards are just temporary
As everything will come to pass:
Except our longing for eternity
That only our Lord God can give!
