We all-when young-
So eager to succeed
Compete and sometimes
Win the competition,
And beyond the weeds
In pursuit of success
We achieve-
And all our lives now glisten.
But there is one thing
That is overlooked
And as we age we note-
If we are but smart-
So we prudently become more wary,
For we realize that
No one can best our future foe
Which is called the cemetery.
Therefore-in reality-
not only are we all equal
in our final descension,
No one is perpetually unequal
in Life's concluding
ascension.
Thus, I guess, we're all a success
Since we've all achieved-
after dying-
The best.
