Recollections of barbarity are always interesting as is your poem. I do admire your ability to tell is as it was and is - brutaly honest thus the wrong that is done.

Wasn't it Gandhi who said 'The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be measured by the way in which its animals are treated'?
