Jesus Paid It All Poem by Jeanette Telusma

Jesus Paid It All

Rating: 4.2

From the very foundations of the earth,
Jesus paid it all.
Man's choice of disobedience
came not as a surprise.
God knew it would happen because
He is All Knowing.
This choice caused a separation
between us and our Creator.
God's plan with Jesus in mind became a reality.
Jesus had to come to earth as man.
God's plan was to regain man back to Him at all cost.
Even if it meant Jesus dying on the Cross.
Well, He did and on the 3rd day He rose.
The Power within was to great to be held down.
Jesus fulfilled God's plan.
He paid it all to bring us back into communion with God.
There is nothing that we can do to earn our way back.
He, Jesus, the Lamb of God had to be offered.
All because of His undeniable love for mankind.
'It is Finished, ' were Jesus's words signifying...
He Paid it All.

The Power within was to great to be held down. Jesus fulfilled God's plan. He paid it all to bring us back into communion with God. There is nothing that we can do to earn our way back........the self offering of Jesus christ according to the plan of the creator and eternal God.......... you have portrayed it very well. no other religion offers such a glorified plan filled with terrible sufferings for the saviour Jesus Christ.... the saving act of mankind is the heavenly plan....... thank you for this great poem dear poetess.. tony
