Jesus' Warning - Poem by Vladimir Tsyganov

There once walked Jesus
And he saw a good man
Who helped all of us
From a boy to an old nan.

The good man would lift
Everyone who would fall
The good man was swift
To protect weak and small.

The good man would give
To the ones who are in need
The good man would live
To help other people succeed.

So Jesus met him and said:
“I like you doing what you do
But after a kiss on your forehead
You might end up with a nail in it too.”
